Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise stated. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Cancellation and Plan Changes
You may cancel at any time. Cancellations apply at the end of the current billing period, and access to paid features continues until that period ends.
Service Availability
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time to maintain service quality and security.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or misuse of the platform.
Intellectual Property
SchedAI and related content, branding, and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SchedAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya, unless otherwise required by consumer protection laws.
Changes to Terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
